The Opal
Warehouse
specializes in pick and pack
distribution, filling the niche of the smaller retailer that
struggles to meet manufacturer minimum purchase levels. They
also provide fulfillment operations for single product orders
for mail order catalog, e-commerce, and traditional
brick-and-mortar operations.
The Opal
Warehouse's shipment
system offers a value-added advantage of virtually blind drop
ship capabilities. Drop shipments are sent with customized
packing slips and shipping labels that reflect the retailer as
the shipper. Tracking numbers are also emailed at at the close
of each business day, providing timely tracking information for
customers. Quick turnaround times allow express orders for
in-stock items received before 1:00 p.m., Mountain Time, to be
shipped the same business day. Ground shipments are sent out the
same business day or no later than the following business day.
Generally ground shipments are sent via DHL or FedEx and 1- and
2-day shipments are sent via FedEx. US Postal Service shipments
are also available upon request.
