How does dropshipping work?

It's easy, affordable, and risk-free! Simply sell our products using our supplied images and descriptions and collect payment for our customer's order using PayPal or any similar payment gateway. Then place your order on National Dropshippers at wholesale pricing using our interactive order form. Supply us with your customer's shipping address, and our warehouses will ship directly to your customer! All packing slips and other shipping forms will have a generic return address, such as "Distribution Center", so that your customers will not know who your suppliers are. The difference between your retail price and your wholesale cost is your profit to keep.

Why a Membership Fee?

At National Dropshippers, we understand that to be successful you must obtain products at the lowest price possible. To help make this available to you, we don,t try to profit by marking up a drastic percentage on product prices. We pass along only the wholesale prices and drop ship fees that our suppliers and distributors charge us for your orders. We remain in business solely with our membership fees. With all the products, resources, and selling tools that we provide, your Wholesale Membership is a great value and can be a huge asset to your ecommerce marketing campaign.

What are the advantages of a membership?

You don't pay for your orders until after you are paid by your customer. You don't warehouse anything or maintain an expensive inventory. You don't ship anything. You don't pay for packaging materials and boxes. You don't have to run to the post office or a shipping center. You don't have minimum quantity commitments. You don't have to set up accounts with several different companies and keep track of accounts with each.

What kinds of products are available?

National Dropshippers gives you access to thousands of products from several different manufacturers and distributors. We are always adding new suppliers. Since we have so many suppliers, we can offer more products than an average dropshipping company.

Is there any Customer Service or support?

How can I check the status of my orders?

You can easily check the status of your current and past orders using our Order Manager. You can also get tracking numbers for shipped orders.

How can I find products to sell?

On our website, you can easily find the products that you want to sell. Our Advanced Search can search for products based upon price, supplier, category, brand name, or general keywords. You can even search for products across all suppliers at once.

How will I know that my orders are received and shipped?

Your Order Manager will confirm that your orders have been received. You will also be notified via email with tracking information when orders leave the supplier en route to your customer. We may also occasionally email permission-based flyers and specials that will help you to plan upcoming events.

How do I get the product images and descriptions?

You can copy and paste our product images and descriptions directly into your website files or auction pages. You can also download the free National Dropshippers Product File (Microsoft Excel format) with all our product descriptions, pricing, weights, image URLs, and other information. We can also supply the product images via FTP for a small fee.

How much are shipping costs?

You always know what your shipping charge will be. Each of our products has its weight displayed on our product detail pages, and product weights are also included with in the National Dropshippers Product Files (CSV format). Currently, our shipping rates are $8.99 for the first pound, and 80 cents per pound thereafter per total order weight. (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are double this rate.) Most orders ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or the US Postal Service.

Examples:
A one pound order will cost $8.99 to ship.
An order with two items weighing 2 lbs apiece (4 lbs total) will cost $11.39 to ship.
An order with several items weighing a grand total of 9.2 lbs will cost $16.19 to ship.

Again, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are double these rates.

Is there a dropship fee?

All dropship orders have a $0.99 dropship fee. This fee is per order, not per item or per warehouse like many other dropshippers.

Is your website secure?

Our site is secured using bank-grade 256-bit SSL-encryption technology, the world-recognized standard for website security. Our site and your personal information are safe. National Dropshippers will not sell or share your email address or other personal information to any third-party entities under any circumstances, unless required by court order (which is extremely rare, of course!)

How do I pay for my orders and membership fees?

National Dropshippers uses the secure services of PayPal, one of the world's most recognized and reputable payment service providers. You can pay for your orders and membership fees using your PayPal account, e-Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. When it comes to payment options, the choice is yours.
